Outreach Centers

The primary objective of the Educational Opportunity Center and its Outreach Centers is to assist adults in gaining admission into an institution of higher education and help them earn their degree.

An appointment is required for all of our locations and one may be scheduled in person or over the phone at (931) 221-7481 or toll free at (800) 351-3382. On some occasions, walk-in appointments may be available on a first come, first served basis at our Fort Campbell, KY location.
