I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from King University and Master of Education from Bethel University. Currently, I am working on my Ph.D. in human and sports performance at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I have worked clinically as an athletic trainer (AT) with a variety of clients specializing in post-rehabilitation and medical fitness. Also, I specialize in strength and conditioning program design for youth athletes.
My research interest includes the use of movement assessments (e.g., FMS, Y-Balance Test, LESS) as injury prediction tools and program design considerations for medical fitness populations.
