Any student may appeal the assessment, application, calculation, or interpretation of any University fee, charge, deposit, refund, or any University action connected 与费用，收费，退款和收款程序. 要求任何费用的书面上诉; charge, refund, or calculation relating to registration fees may be filed using forms 可用 在线 .上诉 will be considered and may be approved if deemed to be within University 的指导方针.
